Set the intended recipient
Share only with the property or person who is evaluating your application. Avoid posting sensitive documents in public folders or unprotected links.
Use time-limited access
Where a platform supports it, choose access expiration based on how long a landlord needs to review materials. Time-bound sharing reduces unnecessary exposure.
Know what revocation does
Revoking a grant should stop future access through the platform. It cannot automatically retrieve copies that a recipient has already downloaded.
Keep a delivery record
Save the date, recipient and channel used. Delivery evidence may help if a later fee or acceptance dispute arises.
